AugustaM Sourcing LLC offers multiple shipping options to our customers. We make every effort to ship all orders received by 2:00 PM EST on the same day (excluding weekends and federal holidays). We can ship to any part of the world.
Most credit card orders placed online are shipped within 24 hours, provided the items are in stock. Orders placed on the weekends or federal holidays are processed on the next business day. As soon as your order has been shipped, we send you an e-mail with the shipping details and tracking information for your package.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we shipped incorrect item(s). Undeliverable or refused orders, due to incorrect address and/or absence etc., will be refunded in the original form of payment, less the applicable shipping charges.
We ship to all locations in the U.S. and internationally. Please be advised that shipping charges paid by the customer for all international (including Canada) shipments are exclusive of customs duties, brokerages and taxes. The customer will be solely responsible for such customs duties, brokerages and taxes in the event that such obligations take place.
Occasionally, certain products may be on back-order and not available for immediate shipment. In such a situation, your account manager will immediately inform you of the nature of delay and the estimated date of availability of the item(s). The communication with you will be done either by phone or by e-mail. We will send you the available items and keep only the remaining order on a "back-order" status and ship them as soon as they become available. As a result, occasionally, you will receive multiple shipments for one order.

Return Policy
All product returns must be accompanied with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, authorized by our Customer Service, in order to be accepted. Getting a RMA is very easy; the fastest way is to e-mail your request to us. Please include your order number and contact information in this e-mail. We will respond to your e-mail with a RMA number. Upon receiving the RMA number, you can then follow the RMA procedure explained in the e-mail and below to return the merchandise.
If you are returning the product due to a technical issue, please contact first as we can in many cases resolve this issue and will attempt a few quick troubleshooting tips before proceeding with the return process. Often, the problem you are facing may be rectified by trying a few proven methods.
Our failure rates are among the lowest in the industry, and we have dedicated ourselves to supply only top quality battery packs. Still, we do realize that, rare as it is, you may have received a defective product. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience; please follow our simple process below and we will make it right.
Money-back Guarantee: All of our products carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, for any reason, follow the return procedure below for a refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase.
If you purchase multiple batteries, please try only one set at a time to determine whether you are satisfied before opening the rest. After the first set, only unopened products, in original packaging qualify for a refund.
Defective Products: Our manufacturer's guarantee covers defective products for replacement up to 12 months of the original purchase. However, we cannot offer a replacement in the following cases: if it was abused, physically damaged or if it is from another merchant. All returns are inspected upon receipt for verification.
Shipping Charges: Due to our aggressive pricing, shipping charges are non-refundable unless we shipped incorrect item(s). If your initial order qualified for free shipping and then got returned for a refund, actual shipping charge incurred for the original shipment will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds: All refunds are issued in the same form of payment used in the original transaction within 10 business days of receiving your return.
Undeliverable or refused orders, due to incorrect address and/or absence, will be refunded in the original form of payment less applicable shipping charges.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Procedure
1. All returned products must have an authorized RMA number for processing; we will not accept returns without it. The fastest way of getting a RMA is to e-mail your request to us. Please include your order number and contact information in the e-mail. We will respond to your e-mail with a RMA number.
2. Please note that RMA numbers last for 10 business days only and they expire if not used within this time period; we therefore advise you to send the returns back to us at your earliest convenience.
3. Once you have a RMA number, pack the return merchandise securely to ensure safe return of the package.
4. Please write the RMA number you received earlier on the exterior of the package you are shipping.
5. When sending the package back to us, it is highly recommended to ask for delivery confirmation if you are using USPS. Other major carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL/Airborne Express will provide tracking numbers for your shipment. We will not be held responsible for lost return packages. All returns must be prepaid; we do not cover shipping charges unless we shipped incorrect item(s).
6. Your replacements or exchange items will be shipped within 48 hours upon receipt of the return package. If the item you are requesting replacement of is on back-order, we will provide you with an e-mail estimating when we anticipate shipping the replacement items. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days in the same form of payment.
