At AugustaM Sourcing LLC and its fully owned division AugustaM Battery, we fully respect our customers’ privacy. For our domestic customers (inside the UNITED STATES) We collect information only pertaining to the processing of your order, such as name, e-mail, shipping & billing address, credit card number and its expiration date. We do not sell, trade, rent or distribute our customers’ information in any way to other companies, groups or entities.
We use SSL encryption and the CYBERSOURCE gateway which ensures that all of your personal information is secure so it cannot be read by hackers or outside entities. Credit Card numbers are not kept on file and will be deleted after being processed.
We also make sure that our credit card processing system is virtually guaranteed against fraudulent use of credit cards. Our system matches ALL consumer information to ensure that the individual behind the purchase is authorized to use the credit card. If you are attempting to use a stolen card we will report this to the issuing bank.
Overseas Customers
In an attempt to eliminate credit card fraud, and keep our prices low, we have restricted the use of foreign card transactions. This does not mean that we will not accept credit card purchases from overseas, but they may be subject to additional security measures – we may ask for a photo copy of your card (front and back), a signed invoice we will fax to you. We do not ship overseas to addresses other than the card holders billing address – NO FRIEGHT FORWARDERS. Please email us if you are outside the UNITED STATES and which to process an order.
Emails
Occasionally we may email our past customers information pertaining to special offers, discontinuations of product or if our site will be down for any reason. This is used SOLELY for our internal use. We hate SPAM as much as you do, and certainly do not wish to perpetuate its use. You will be given an opt-out option during checkout.
